This notice describes how Clarify Health Strategy LLC (“Clarify Health,” “we”) handles information in connection with this public website only.

Clinical services are delivered through a separate secure client platform. Information you provide inside that platform — including medications, supplements, health history, laboratory results, documents, messages, and appointment details — is governed by the agreements, consents, and notices presented to you within that platform, not by this notice.

This website has no facility for collecting health information and does not ask for it. It does not include forms for medications, diagnoses, laboratory results, medical records, or health history, and it does not host a client account, login, or medical record.

Please do not send health information to us by email or through any contact route listed on this website.

The one exception to “this website collects nothing” is the scheduling and payment widget on the enrollment pages, which is described in its own section below. It collects contact and payment details only, and those go to Healthie rather than to us.

Information you send us. If you email the address published on this site, we receive the contents of your message and your email address, and we retain that correspondence as necessary to respond and to keep ordinary business records.

Technical information. Like most websites, this site is served by a hosting provider that may log routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and operational purposes.

This website does not use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising trackers, cross-site tracking, or session recording. Fonts and other assets are served from this site's own domain rather than from third-party networks.

If analytics are added in the future, this notice will be updated to say what is collected and why.

The enrollment pages on this website display a scheduling and payment widget provided by Healthie, the secure platform this practice runs on. The widget is loaded from Healthie in your browser.

Your name, email address, and payment details entered into that widget are transmitted to Healthie and are handled under Healthie’s terms and privacy practices. Clarify Health does not receive or store that information through this website.

No health information is requested by the widget. Medications, conditions, laboratory results, and records are collected later, inside the secure client portal, after your account has been created.

Links on this website lead to a third-party secure client platform used to deliver services. Once you follow such a link you are on a separate service with its own terms and privacy practices.
