Clarify Health is an independent, cash-pay consulting practice led by Tyson Kilpatrick, PharmD, BCCCP, a licensed pharmacist. It provides medication, supplement, and health strategy consulting and education.

Clarify Health is a consulting practice. It works alongside your physician and your other clinicians rather than replacing them, and it does not create a physician–patient relationship.

Depending on the engagement, a review may include evaluation of prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and supplements; assessment of interactions, potential adverse effects, dosing, timing, and administration; interpretation of relevant laboratory results in context; identification of monitoring considerations and therapeutic questions; client education; evidence-based recommendations; preparation for discussions with your treating clinicians; and, when you authorize it, written communication to those clinicians.

Clarify Health does not diagnose disease, manage medical conditions, replace primary or specialty care, or provide urgent or emergency services. It does not independently direct the discontinuation of prescribed medications.

Recommendations that require a prescriber are prepared for discussion with the clinician authorized to make that decision. You should not start, stop, or change a prescribed medication based solely on a Clarify Health review.

Any prescribing, ordering, or authorization occurs only to the extent permitted by applicable law and professional licensure, and only where the practice is authorized to do so. Where Clarify Health is not authorized, recommendations are provided to your treating clinician instead.

Where additional laboratory information would materially improve a review, testing may be recommended or coordinated where available and legally appropriate. Testing is not part of every engagement. Laboratory and other third-party testing costs are separate.

I cannot promise a particular clinical result. What I can promise is that everything you take will be examined properly, and that you will understand what I found and why it matters. This includes, without limitation, clinical improvement, symptom relief, laboratory changes, reduction in the number of medications or supplements, cost savings, and acceptance of any recommendation by another clinician.

Clarify Health is not intended for medical emergencies or rapidly worsening conditions. Do not delay urgent or emergency care while waiting for a consultation or portal response.

Whether we can work together depends on where you live and on professional licensing requirements. If you are unsure, please ask before purchasing.

Modern analytical tools, including artificial intelligence, may be used to assist with literature research, organization, and synthesis. Every clinical conclusion and every recommendation provided to a client is reviewed and approved by the pharmacist.
